The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach advanced math courses and be committed to fostering a love for learning and problem-solving. Key Instructional Responsibilities:Instructional Responsibilities: ? Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with state and school standards.? Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.? Implement formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction.? Provide differentiated instruction and interventions for students requiring additional support of enrichment. Classroom Management? Create and maintain a structured, respectful, and supportive learning environment.? Establish clear rules and routines that promote positive behavior and academic success.? Manage student behavior effectively to ensure an optimal learning environment.Administrative & Professional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, assessments, and grades.? Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher (when applicable), adapting as needed.? Complete report cards, progress reports, and other documentation as required..? Uphold all school policies, procedures, and expectations.Skills & Competencies: Strong classroom management and organizational skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.?
