Student Mental Health Grant FacilitatorWith approximately 4,000 students, Troy is a small urban school district in NY’s Capital Region. Our learning community values our ethnic, social and cultural diversity.Troy City School District has an opening in the District for a Student Mental Health Grant Facilitator (12-month position). Position is grant funded (2022-2023 through the 2026-2027 school year), full-time temporary and will begin immediately and run through June 30, 2022. Must have NYS Certification or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mental health related field. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilitate community partnerships Coordinate professional development for staff in collaboration with the PPS department Track data and complete grant reports Act as a liaison between community partners and the district/buildings Other duties as assigned by the Director of Grants, Academic Programs & Accountability or Director of Pupil Personnel Services Please visit our website at www.TroyCSD.org for any additional information
