Position: Leave Replacement – Physical Education/Health (Secondary School) Location: Tri-Valley Central School District Dates: September 1 – September 30, 2025Description: Tri-Valley Central School District is seeking a qualified Physical Education/Health teacher to serve as a leave replacement in our secondary school for the month of September. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and standards-based instruction in Physical Education and Health, promote lifelong wellness, and foster a safe and supportive learning environment for students in grades 7–12.Responsibilities:Plan and implement Physical Education and Health lessons aligned with NYS Learning Standards.Encourage student participation in physical activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and personal responsibility.Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, including proper use of equipment and facilities.Assess and report student progress in accordance with district policies.Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.Qualifications:NYS Certification in Physical Education and/or Health required.Strong classroom management and organizational skills.Commitment to student growth, wellness, and academic achievement.
