Job OverviewPhysical Therapists (PT) are health care professionals who treat individuals of all ages, who have been diagnosed with medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Physical Therapists report directly to the Coordinator of Therapeutic Services. PT is an exempt position. The Physical Therapist must be licensed. Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm (30 min lunch) Responsibilities Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant Maintain and review student records Evaluate student progress and prepare reports that display their progress Assess students’ physical abilities Plan, organize and conduct PT sessions with students Restore, maintain, and promote quality of life as it relates to movement and health Meet with parents and teachers to communicate information pertaining to the students’ IEP.
