Ticonderoga Central School District has an anticipated opening for the 2022-2023 school year and is now accepting applications for a full-time probationary Technology Education Teacher (Industrial Arts) for grades 9-12. NYS certification in Technology Education (7-12) preferred.The district has a state-of-the-art shop space that allows for mechanical, welding, metal and woodworking. Current courses taught with the program are sections of: Industrial Design, Materials Processing, Mechanical Service Tech and Intro to Building Trades. Changes to the academic program may be made depending on the strengths and skill set of the successful candidate.Applicants must upload the following documents to OLAS: (a) Cover letter; (b) Resume; (c) Three letters of recommendation; (d) Proof of NYS Certification(s); (e) Copies of College Transcripts.
