The Child School/Legacy High School is a NY state approved Non-public school for students with learning challenges in grades K-12. We are located on the very picturesque Roosevelt Island in NYC. We are seeking a Special Education teacher teacher for our Elementary Program. The teacher will lead a class of 8 or 12 students with the help of a teaching assistant and service providers.Our students with the guidance and support of our excellent faculty, transition to post secondary college options.Candidates with NYS SWD grades 1-6 certification should apply.
