The Child School/Legacy High School is a NY state approved Non-public school for students with learning challenges in grades K-12.We are located on picturesque Roosevelt Island in New York city. For the 2022 fall session, we are seeking an English teacher for our Legacy High School Program.Our students, with support and guidance from our faculty and specialists, and enrolled in small classes with ratio of 12:1:1, transition to post secondary college options. Candidates with ELA NYS certification in grades 7-12 should apply. Candidates with pending certifications can also apply.
