The Senior Education Support Staff is responsible to be a support and resource that ensures consistent carryover of programming to all staff working with students in the classroom. As a Senior Education Support Staff, you will be responsible for facilitating instructional and therapeutic interventions for students between the ages of 5-21 with complex conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder and other medical comorbidities. The individualized daily routines are designed and supported by teachers and clinicians to meet the sensory, behavioral, and cognitive challenges the students present with.The Senior Education Support Staff carries out established protocols, collaborates with the teacher and clinical teams, and provides guidance and in the moment training for Teacher Associates.Our beautiful, wooded campus provides motivating outdoor learning environments as well as beautiful classrooms for students to practice critical academic and meaningful social skills throughout their school day. In addition to providing helpful instructional support, you will assist with personal care, meal preparation, and other reasonably related duties as assigned by the teacher.The Senior Education Support Staff ensures compliance with Federal, State and Center for Discovery policies and procedures.Qualifications: Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an accredited college or university.Apply on OLAS
