The role of the Education Support Staff is to ensure the safety and well–being of each individual assigned to their care. The Education Support Staff is responsible to be a support and resource that ensures consistent carryover of programming to all staff working with students in the classroom. The Education Support Staff carries out established protocols, collaborates with the teacher and clinical teams, and provides guidance and in the moment training for Teacher Associates.
