The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns are seeking an Auditorium Technical Director to support with the following: High School Drama (Fall), Middle School Musical (Winter), High School talent show, Middle School Variety Show, High School Jazz Fest, High School Musical (Spring), Middle School Drama (Spring), Winter and Spring concerts, Coordinate Maintenance of Auditorium, High School Jazz in the Courtyard, and Technical support as needed for school events.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinate the student crew/sTrain on lighting and sound equipment, run sound and light, when necessary, download/create sound effectsWork on lighting designCoordinate with HS Jazz Band DirectorMonitor resources and advise department chair and business office as service is needed for repairsSound support for outdoor concerts or lights/sound for auditorium if there is inclement weatherAs needed, provide support for Performing Arts related curricular events that are scheduled throughout the yearAppointment Type: Stipend positionEffective: September 1, 2025Stipend: $15,000
