Independently manage both large and small groups, seeking guidance from the lead teacher as needed. Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our community and culture. Display a passion for supporting emergent bilingual students, and providing them with necessary resources and assistance. Possesses experience working with diverse student populations, adapting teaching methods to meet varying needs. Feel comfortable incorporating technology as an instructional and learning tool, enhancing the educational experience for students.
