The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Next Generation ScienceStandards and the CRE Framework, demonstrate an understanding of effective pedagogical practices thatpromote a student-centered learning environment, have experience working with a diverse studentpopulation, and feel comfortable integrating technology as an instructional and learning tool. The candidatemust hold NYS certification in Earth Science; dual certification in SWD or ELL a plus.
