Theideal candidate will preferably hold a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) certification fromthe National Strength & Conditioning Association. The candidate should also have a strong understanding ofbest practices in training athletes, including the use of various modalities and training principles to effectivelyminimize injuries and enhance athletic condition and performance.Interested candidates should possess or be willing to obtain the necessary certifications required by NYSED.
