PRIMARY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides direct and instruction services to students under the general supervision of a licensed/certified teacher.Works with individual students or groups of students on instructional projects.Assists students in the use of available instructions resources and assists in the development of instructional materials.Utilizes their own special skills & abilities by assisting in instructional programs such as Career and Technical Education.Provides the teacher with information about students which will assist the teacher in the development of appropriate learning and behavioral experiences. QUALIFICATIONS:New York State Teaching Assistant Certification.Excellent speaking, written, and listening skills.
