POSITION: Agriculture Teacher (MS/HS) 10 month position DESCRIPTION: The Stillwater Central School District is accepting applications for an Agriculture Sciences Teacher. The successful candidate will work with administration and relevant stakeholders to develop a robust agriculture program to enhance student educational opportunities and align with one of our community’s strengths. Applicants must have either a CTE certification in Agricultural Education, or an equivalent CTE certification, or at least 3 years industry related work experience and the ability to obtain a Transitional B certification. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience developing and implementing an Agricultural program and demonstrated collaboration with Agri-businesses. Qualified candidates must submit a complete application on OLAS. A complete application will consist of a resume, a cover letter specific to this position, recommendations, and applicable certification. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until the position is filled The Stillwater Central School District is a charming, rural UPK-12 district serving approximately 1,000 students, located approximately ten miles from the Northway for easy access to all locations north and south.
