Instrumental music teacher responsibilities include:-to teach techniques of instrumental music expression-to assist students in discovering and developing talent in the field of music-to develop knowledge, skills, and proficiency in instrumental music-teaches skills in music appreciation and harmony-plan a balanced music program and organize daily class time for instruction and rehearsal for instrumental music-develop lesson plans and instructional materials which meet the needs of each student to attain NYS learning standards
