ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANTICIPATED VACANCY POSITION: Long-term Substitute Teaching Assistant AVAILABLE: From approximately February 23, 2026 through approximately April 13, 2026 DUTIES: Work with individual and/or small groups of students under the supervision of a certified teacher in the supervision and instruction of students; assist teacher in the development of instructional materials and assists in instructional programs; assist students by modeling the necessary skills to perform assignments; follow educational and specific behavioral plans; model appropriate behaviors and interactions with students and staff; and assist student by providing for special needs; perform other duties, as may be assigned by the building principal.QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass background and fingerprint check by NYSED REPORTS TO: Teacher, Administrators, and Superintendent WORKS WITH: Students, faculty, staff, administration and parents SALARY: $120 per day APPLICATIONS: Send letter of interest, resume, copy of certificate and references to OLAS DEADLINE: February 5, 2026.
