REGISTERED NURSE - 1 Part-Time PositionLOCATION: Springs School K-8 buildingQUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess a valid Registered Nurse License issued by New York State. Experience as a School Nurse is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.DUTIES: Performs work in accordance with professional practices, special orders from doctors, and established rules and regulations. Registered nurses conduct school health services, follow-up on immunizations; tests for hearing and vision; work with school personnel, physicians and maintain up-to-date cumulative health records on all students. Follows CDC guidelines for Covid-19 and quarantining. Position reports to the Director of Pupil Personnel Services.SALARY: Part-Time $45 per hour up to 20-30 hours per week based on need.
