SUMMER INSTRUCTIONAL POSITIONS FOR STUDENT SERVICES EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR (ESY) SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHING ASSISTANTS JULY 6, 2026 - AUGUST 14, 2026 ANTICIPATED POSITIONS: Positions are dependent on need of students & enrollment REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Special Education Teaching Assistant HOURS: 9:00 am - 1:30 pm LOCATION: Countrywood Primary Center SALARY: Prevailing hourly rate if currently on Teaching Assistant staff New employees: $ 19.68/hr. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide individualized educational support to students - Assist teachers with preparing materials for lessons/activities - Provide general supervision during program/classroom routines, e.g. bus arrival/dismissal, transitions, etc. - Mandatory attendance at a one-hour orientation meeting (arrival at 8 am first day of ESY)
