Ablility to learn basis technology support for Chromebooks, computers, interactive boards, ETC. Responsible for the inverntory, collection and cleaning of devices in the assigned school. Able to submit IT tickets as neccessary using SHUFSD GetHelp system. Must be able to maintain positive relationships in order to communicate with staff and students.
