FAMILY & CONSUMER SCIENCE TEACHER AT STIMSON MIDDLE SCHOOLREQUIREMENT: NEW YORK STATE CERTIFICATION: FAMILY & CONSUMER SCIENCEPermanent- Substitutes:                                                                     $140/dayShort Term Permanent Substitutes:           Effective day 31 in the same assignment through            Day 60 in the same assignment for a teacher on a            pre-arranged leave                                                                 $175/day              Effective day 61 to 1st day of 4th calendar month                $200/day                                                                                Effective Day 1 of the fourth calendar month in the same assignment, Short Term Permanent substitutes will be placed on the appropriate degree placement on the SHTA salary scale.  This salary scale placement takes effect on the 1st day of the fourth calendar month and is not retroactive.  There are no fringe benefits with this assignment.  Upon return of the teacher, rate of pay reverts to Permanent substitute rate.
