(Time spent as a laborer or trade helper will NOT be considered qualifying.) NOTE: High school vocational training or technical school training or formal apprenticeship training may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. TRADE SKILLS: Plumbing and HVAC preferred, also may have Light Carpentry; Electrical; Locksmith; Masonry; Roofing; Welding. NOTE: Employees in this class may be given limited assignments such as the operation of motor vehicles or construction equipment, provided such employee is properly licensed and otherwise qualified; however, such licensure or additional qualifications are not part of this job specification.
