The Somers Central School District is anticipating an opening for a Director of Human Resources and Student Services for the 2024-2025 School Year. Candidate must have proper NYS Certification as School District Leader or School District Administrator.The candidate chosen for this position will possess experience with the following:Human Resources Services•Supervision in all aspects of the district’s Human Resources operations such as: new employee orientation and support, contractual issues, benefits administration investigation and handling of workers’ compensation, legal, retirement, and disciplinary issues as assigned•Tracking of staff development•Supervises the creation of the health insurance benefit projection for the following school year budgetStudent Services•Oversees student attendance/registration process.
