The Somers Central School District is anticipating an opening for a Director of Human Resources and Student Services for the 2023-2024 School Year. The successful candidate must have proper NYS Certification as School District Leader or School District Administrator.The candidate chosen for this position will possess experience with the following:Human Resources ServicesSupervision in all aspects of the district’s Human Resources operations such as: new employee orientation and support, contractual issues, benefits administration investigation and handling of workers’ compensation, legal, retirement, and disciplinary issues as assigned Tracking of staff developmentSupervises the creation of the health insurance benefit projection for the following school year budget Student ServicesOversees student attendance/registration process.
