South Country Central School District has anticipated opening for Music Leave Replacement. Seeking a highly experienced band specialist well versed in SCMEA and NYSSMA with positive Student-Teacher relationships. Responsibilities include Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, all associated lessons, jazz band, clarinet choir, flute ensemble, percussion ensemble, pep band, NYSSMA Solo preparation, NYSSMA All-State preparation, NYSSMA All-State Jazz preparation, as well as NYSSMA Majors, All-County, SCMEA, and NYSCAME festival performance, March 2024 concert performance, preparation and participation in Day of Jazz, Day of Percussion, Day of Horn and the hosting of Division 1 SCMEA All-County rehearsals at Bellport High School. Appropriate NYS certification in Music Education K-12. Band Concentration.
