Technical Skills: Proficiency with automatic scrubbers and floor buffers. Communication: Ability to follow oral/written instructions and interact professionally with the public. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a custodial crew. Requirements: High school diploma required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
