TITLE: Maintenance Mechanic IIIQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have experience in carpentry, general construction, electrical work, and plumbing. They must meet MMIII Civil Service requirements and hold a valid NYS Driver’s License. Three years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic II or equivalent is required. Experience in general building maintenance required with an emphasis on commercial package and roof top units, Univents, HRV’s, Digital Controls and Split Systems. EPA Universal Refrigerant License Section 608 preferred.
