RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the principal and administrative team to set and communicate a clear vision for the school, aligning all efforts toward shared goals. Staff and Student Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.Student Discipline Management: Collaborate with administrators, faculty and staff to implement school-wide discipline management systems that encourage positive student behavior and enhance school climate. Serve as one of the building level DASA (Dignity for All Students Act) coordinators.Effective Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding school policies, student progress, and school-wide events.Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of daily activities, including student arrival and dismissal, lunch periods, and emergency procedures.Instructional Leadership: Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
