Working knowledge of boilers, heating systems, HVAC/refrigeration units, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to respond to emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner. Experience maintaining accurate documentation using digital work order systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a demonstrated commitment to safety, code compliance, and work quality. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks, materials, and logistics with supervisors. Previous experience mentoring or training maintenance personnel. Comfortable operating a variety of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Seasonal operations, including snow removal, scheduled shutdowns, and summer maintenance programs are included aspects of this position.
