Services will be provided in push-in and pull-out settings. Math Teacher - Long Term Leave Replacement - High School West, Long Term Substitute Rate and/or as per STA Contract.Teaching Assistant Temporary - Secondary Schools, Full year position, full-time contract position. As per STA contract: $38,919.00 (full year position for the 2022-2023 school year)Tutors - AIS providers - Secondary Schools, 19 Hours per week, 4 days, As per STA contract: $25,952.87 (equates to $34.15/hour).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:NYS Secondary Certification in Mathematics.5-6 Extension to Math Certification is preferred.Applicants must be appropriately certified prior to the start of employment.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:Experience teaching secondary mathematics and mathematics intervention strategies.Strong working knowledge of NYS Next Generation Mathematics Learning Standards.Extensive experience working with Google Classroom and Google Workspace for Education.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to work with students with diverse learning needs.Ability to integrate social and emotional learning into classroom structures and activities.APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD A CURRENT TEACHING CERTIFICATIONApplicants with Teaching Assistant certification cannot be considered.Teacher Assistant positions are full-time and include benefits.
