Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.? Those with industry experience who qualify for NYS teacher certification can be considered.Key Responsibilities? Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with NYS Business Education standards.? Ability to engage students in discussing real-world business-based experiences.? Teach a variety of business subjects, such as Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance, and Business Law.? Integrate technology and real-world applications into instruction.? Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.? Encourage student participation in business-related extracurricular activities, including DECA and FBLA.? Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and professional growth.? Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
