The Coach shall provide direct assistance to teachers with the interpretation of assessment data and action planning, as they work to increase student engagement and achievement in ELA, math, science and social studies, and all elementary-related standards. Over the course of the school year, the coach will:support teachers and administrators with full implementation of district goals and best instructional practices aligned to district goalsassist with the implementation and ongoing development of curriculum mapscollaborate with administrators on analyzing student data and creating action plans for instructionsupport teachers with the implementation of pedagogical strategies to improve student performance based on assessment datamodel instruction and work with teachers to target areas of needdevelop a repository of differentiated resources for reading and math instruction K-5co-plan and co-teach lessonssupport teachers with integration of district-supplied instructional materialsprovide professional development aligned with district goalssupport the on-boarding of new teachersassist with other instructional program needs as they arisebe trained and versed in data technology software purchased by the districtremain flexible to adjust priorities as instructional needs change over timeCompensation & Benefit Package: Shenendehowa Teachers Association Collective Bargaining AgreementHealth insurance and paid time offTeachers Retirement System (TRS)Professional work environmentSupportive parents and communityLocation:Districtwide - All Elementary Schools Application Deadline: October 4, 2023 Effective: November 8, 2023 Apply on OLAS
