-This is a part time position approximately 19 hours a week-Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and monthly interdisciplinary team meetings-Participate in weekly clinical meetings with residential foster care therapists.-Coordinate psychiatric care with consulting psychiatrist and program nurse-Assist in coordinating transgender related healthcare for youth-Assist in crisis intervention- Participate in and support implementation of evidence-based/evidence-informed therapeutic model(s).-Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with SCO Family of Services, NYS, and federal regulations, as well as standards for professional ethics.-Serve as a resource for program staff on factors that affect youth functioning, including trauma, domestic violence, mental illness, and substance use.- Participate and promote a positive, supportive and cooperative team environment.Additional assignments as requested by Director of Clinical Services and/or executive leadershipQualifications - External-NYS Licensed LCSW or licensed psychologist- Minimum of 3 years providing clinical supervision- Experience working with LGBTQ youth and their families- Experience working with diverse populations who present with complex trauma and mental health challenges- Knowledge of trauma informed, evidence-based treatment models- Familiarity with use of an electronic health record-Experience in multi-cultural environments working with underserved youth and their families.-Physical exam-Must be able to provide proof of Covid vaccination- Clearance by NYS Central Register, NYS Justice Center, DMV (if licensed driver), and fingerprinting
