The Sewanhaka Central High School District is looking for patient, caring, and reliable 1:1 Teacher Aides to work with high schoolers (grades 7–12) who need extra help. In this role, you’ll be a student’s right-hand person, helping them stay on track with classwork, handle daily routines safely, and build independent skills. What You'll Do : Work one-on-one with a student to help them understand and complete class assignments. Help the student move safely between classes, lunch, and school activities. Use positive reinforcement to guide behavior and help with sensory or organizational needs. What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Plenty of patience, flexibility, and good communication skills.
