The South Colonie School District is seeking a MS English Language Arts Grade 7 Teacher to fill a substitute/long-term substitute position at the Middle School level from September 2022 to TBD of the 2022-2023 school year. OPENING: (1) English Language Arts Teacher – Middle School (Grade 7) START DATE: Effective September 2022  GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidates should have;  English Language Arts Teacher Grade 7 NYS Certification.  Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole. Awareness and experience with relative technology mediums would be ideal. Creativity and insight into core curriculum. SALARY AND BENEFITS:Per Diem substitute for 20 days, then long term substitute on Schedule and Step per the South Colonie Teachers’ Association Contract.
