POSITION TITLE: Job CoachREPORTING TO: Supervisor of Special ProgramsHOURS: Monday-Thursday, 20 hours per weekANTICIPATED START DATE: September 2022JOB DESCRIPTION:The South Colonie Central School District is looking for people who are child-centered and willing to support high school students in a job coaching role for the 2022-23 school year. The position will consist of assisting students in a business setting to ensure they follow job specific tasks as outlined by the partnering community businesses, primarily at Colonie Center. Candidates should also have solid communication and data recording skills, and will serve as an intermediary between students, faculty and community partners. This is an hourly position that will follow the school calendar, with a Monday-Thursday work week. SALARY: $18.00 per hour
