SALARY: CSEA Salary ScheduleHOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.DESCRIPTION: Peform routine cleaning duties and does related work as required.REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with building cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently enough to perform the position's essential functions. Work can include, but is not limited to, the following:Sweep, mop, strip, and wax floorsVacuum carpetsWash windowsEmpty trashDust woodwork, furniture, and other articlesClean lavatories and replenish suppliesReplace light bulbsAbility to operate cleaning equipmentAbility to lift items up to 50 poundsShovel snowSet thermostats as assigned
