Sayville Public Schools is anticipating the need for a Health Aide at Sayville High School. The Health Aide is responsible for maintaining supplies for the health office, keeping a daily log of students seen in the health office, assisting in the setup of the examination room, recording receipt of immunization records from students, organizing and distributing health education material, and assisting the nurse in receiving and taking care of the needs of students in the health office. The hours are 7:30am-1:30pm on school days with a half hour lunch break. Completion of a basic Red Cross first-aid course or its equivalent is required and can be done online.
