Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior managementExperience with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Experience with Augmentative Communication devices and fostering functional communicationResponsibilities include:• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other special needs. • Provide direct instruction to students based on their needs and IEP goals. • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods and interventions as needed. • Provide behavioral and emotional support to students as needed. • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure student success Application Process:Sayville Schools is anticipating vacancies as noted above.
