Sauquoit Valley Central School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher aide to join their team. This vital role provides crucial support helping to foster a positive and effective learning environment for our diverse student body assisting with a variety of instructional and non-instructional tasks throughout the school day. Key responsibilities include:Supervising students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and during school-related activities (i.e. field trips).Communicating effectively and respectfully with students, teachers, parents, and school staff.Assisting students and teachers with classroom tasks and school initiatives.To be considered for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all New York State requirements for a Teacher Aide position, including mandatory fingerprint clearance.
