The Sandy Creek Central School District is seeking a NYS Certified School Psychologist. As a School Psychologist in our district, your primary responsibilities will include:Psychological Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' academic, social, and emotional functioning to identify learning and behavioral challenges.Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to meet the unique needs of students with special education requirements.Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address academic and behavioral concerns, offering guidance and evidence-based strategies to enhance student success.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, special education staff, and community resources, to provide comprehensive support for students.Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and consultations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
