Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one (1) year of experience in interpreting/translating, both orally and in writing, between English and at least one other language. NOTE: Completion of an interpreter/translator program may be substituted for the above experience. NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Employees must possess a valid New York State driver’s license.
