ANTICIPATED CIVIL SERVICE VACANCY Position : Night Cleaner, Middle/High School (Job Class Code: S447-05, Full-time, Probationary) Qualifications : School year hours: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm - 11:30pm Summer and school break hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Responsibilities : Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety for all students, faculty and staff on school grounds. Sweeps and mops floors, corridors, and stairs and vacuums floors, rugs and carpets; Cleans lavatories and replenishes supplies; Dusts desks, chairs, tables, bookshelves, filing cabinets; Empties trash receptacles; Waxes floors and furniture; Washes windows, walls, and partitions; Moves furniture; Shovels snow, clean sidewalks, yards, and driveways. Report all defects and hazards to the Senior Custodian or custodian in charge for the day. Work as a member of the Facilities Team. April 13, 2026
