Ability to serve as an instructional coach for a wide range of educators with varied teaching styles, experience levels, and subject areas.Serve as the building expert in research methodology, proper citation, and modern/innovative academic research strategies.Thoughtful, reflective practitioner that is culturally responsive in their pedagogical approach with a proven commitment to the principles of equity and inclusion.Highly skilled in differentiating instruction to personalize learning to meet the diverse needs of all students, can effectively model instruction for adult learners.Demonstrated understanding of authentic assessment, data-driven instruction, and methods for gathering and evaluating evidence of deeper learning.Evaluate, acquire, and promote resources to meet the learning needs of all students.Manage the daily operations/functions of a 21st century “learning commons” including maintaining a welcoming learning environment with flexible seating and innovative learning spaces.
