Technology Teacher The Rome City School District is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Technology Teacher to fill a vacancy for a split position between Rome Free Academy and Strough Middle School. Candidates who are currently enrolled in an accredited teacher preparation program leading to New York State teaching certification in Technology Education will also be considered. Applicants in this category must demonstrate satisfactory progress toward certification and may be required to obtain appropriate certification within a specified timeframe as a condition of continued employment. Qualifications: Must hold a valid New York State Certification in Technology Education or CTE. Strong understanding of engineering design process and instructional technology. Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills. Enthusiasm for helping students explore and apply technical and design concepts. Salary starting at $53,239.00. Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
