The Rome City School District is looking for a caring and dependable individuals to serve as per diem Teacher Aides and Assistants. In this role, you will provide support either to a full classroom, or an individual student with special needs, while also assisting teachers and administrators with various classroom and non-instructional tasks. Your support will help foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment tailored to students who require additional academic and behavioral support.Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong ability to build supportive relationships with students, and the flexibility to meet individual needs in a school setting. Experience in education or working with children is a plus.The Rome City School District offers a welcoming and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the life of a student every day.Interviews will be conducted on a monthly basis.
