The Rome City School District is seeking dependable and responsible individuals to serve as per diem Substitute Lifeguards. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff during swim programs, practices, and events. Duties include monitoring activities in and around the pool, enforcing safety rules, and responding effectively in the event of an emergency.Qualified candidates must be at least 19 years of age, hold current lifeguard certification (including CPR/BLS and First Aid), demonstrate strong observation and communication skills, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
