The Rome City School District is accepting applications for a Teacher of Blind & Partially Sighted (certified) OR Orientation & Mobility Specialist (Civil Service). The selected candidate must possess either NYS certification or meet the civil service requirements below:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EITHER: A.) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Orientation and Mobility; OR B.)
