Position: Groundskeeper Location Location: District Wide Compensation Compensation: Per R CBDMA Contract ($54,487 - $59,419) Requirements: Requirements Maintains lawns, athletic fields, gardens, and landscaped areas to a high standard. Operates and maintains all groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and irrigation systems. Performs mowing, edging, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and weed removal. Removes debris, litter, snow, and hazardous materials to maintain safe and attractive grounds. Prepares and maintains sports fields, including lining and leveling as necessary Conducts seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, aerating, seeding, and leaf removal. Inspects grounds regularly to identify maintenance needs and report repairs. Assists with general property upkeep, outdoor event setup, and facility support tasks. Must be able to lift 50lbs Snowplow experience Work Schedule Work Schedule: 6 : 0 0 a m – 2 : 3 0 pm, Monday-Friday Anticipated Start Date Start Date: July 1, 2026
