Qualifications: A minimum of three years recent experience in the cosmetology field; Ability to objectively evaluate cosmetology skills.Job Description: The NOCTI Cosmetology Performance Test Evaluator will:Review the Evaluator guide for the NOCTI Cosmetology Exam to become familiar with the participant and evaluator instructions, scoring criteria, and procedures for test administration.Work with the NOCTI Site Coordinator to verify the assessment location is set up properly.Monitor participants during the testing session.Protect participants from disturbances and distractions as they completed the performance jobs.Evaluate and record each participant's performance in accordance with the criteria provided in the Evaluator Guide for the specific assessment being administered.
